• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

Members may request account closure at any time. Any eligible balance remaining in the account will be refunded; however, bonus funds will be forfeited.

• Issues with a game or bet due to loss of internet connection.
• Losses caused by issues with the member's own device or software.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment gateways.
